Seth, 7 year old Disney expert is reviewing Wilderness Lodge.
Mom: Ok, so tell me about Wilderness Lodge.
Seth: It was very Wilderness-y. If you are a farm family, then you’re going to love it.
Mom: What was your favorite thing about it?
Seth: Probably the bath tub and those windows that moved. Because me and Ezra and Asher loved playing with those.
Mom: Was there anything about it that you didn’t like?
Seth on the Food
Mom: How was the food?
Seth: Pretty good. Sometimes it gave me a belly ache, probably because it wasn’t organic.
Mom: What was your favorite thing to eat there?
Seth: That giant ice cream! And I liked that popcorn that you would buy every time. They never have that at other hotels, but I liked it a lot.
Mom: Was there any food that you ate that you didn’t like?
Seth: Well, I didn’t like when the grapes got yucky.
Mom: What did you think of the pool?
Seth: I thought it was pretty cool, but you couldn’t go in your own floaty.
Mom: You couldn’t?
Seth: No, they said you weren’t allowed. The life guard said I couldn’t, that it was just for the little kids and Daddy said, “Ya hear that?” And flipped me into the water.
Mom: Was there a good slide?
Seth: Yeah, it was good, but it was little. (Ezra, 5, chimes in that she loves it and Mike, 33, says it was a little dinky thing.)
Mom: So was there anything special about the hotel that you really liked?
Seth: Yeah! The bridge was cool and how we passed the pin lady all the time and just kept trading pins every time! And that long hallway that was a ramp. I liked running down that!
Mom: Did you like taking the boat to Magic Kingdom?
Seth: Like how you could just take the ramp to the boat and just ride, yeah? And tell them how awesome the boat is, and I liked to sit outside while we were going.
Mom: So would you recommend Wilderness Lodge to other kids your age?
Seth: Yeah, even if they were Asher’s age, or Ezra’s age or even if they were older.
